Miami Based Artist
My Story in the Art Industry
I was born in Honduras located in Central America. At a young age i created drawings with charcoal or crayons that is when i realize my love for art will be forever. My childhood in school was a little bit lonely… I remember drawing in my notebooks as a form to calm my anxiety. Honestly i hated school… My escape was to draw….
At the age of 15 years old… I created my first oil painting “Mysterious Forest” it took me months to finish the painting, everything was very detailed and unique. During that period i remember using earth tones for example… brown, green…. the concept of each painting was surreal, nostalgic…..
My First Original Oil Painting at 15 years old
Mysterious Forest was the first oil painting created at 15 years old, without any art lessons i created a masterpiece! Art runs in my blood at a young age… from that point i decided to pursue my dream in the art industry. The next oil painting that i did was inspired by the Queen Nerfetiti…. A unique painting with a lot of details blended with real gold powder around her beautiful face.
As time passed… I decided to left my country Honduras and follow my dream! Everyone told me that my dreams are way to high that i couldn’t make it in the art industry. So…. one day i decided to left everything and move to Miami… from that point my journey begins!
I’m in Miami!
Faith and Persistence
Several people never believed in me… I never give up and from all the obstacles that i been through i was always persistent. Next time someone tells you can’t do it… Just laugh and believe in yourself.
